J-QUANT Cobalt test strips semi-quantitatively measure the cobalt content of aqueous solutions up to 1000 mg/L (ppm).
Cobalt finds uses in alloys, certain catalysts as well as in batteries. However, Cobalt is carcinogenic to humans and can cause serious respiratory problems if inhaled.
