J-QUANT Lead test strips semi-quantitatively measure the lead content of aqueous solutions up to 500 mg/L.
Lead is extremely toxic to humans and can bioaccumulate when present in smaller amounts. This means that even if the concentration present poses no immediate issue, if left unchecked it will steadily increase in concentration over time. All domestic and industrial water supplies are monitored for lead as there are multiple sources of lead in the environment.
