The J-QUANT Molybdenum test kit semi-quantitatively measures the molybdenum content of aqueous solutions up to 250 mg/L (ppm).
Most of the Molybdenum produced in the world is used in metallurgy because Molybdenum has high corrosion resistance. This high corrosion resistance has led to Molybdenum salts being employed in boiler and coolant water or any system where metal pipework is present. These test strips help maintain a sufficient level of corrosion resistance within the water.
