J-QUANT Sulphate test strips semi-quantitatively measure the sulphate content of aqueous solutions up to 1600 mg/L.
Levels of 250 mg/L or more of sulphate in water can make it taste bitter. High levels of sulphate can also cause corrosion of pipework, meaning levels must be strictly controlled.
