The Sodium Benzoate Taste Test Paper is used in education to test for the presence of the PTC gene in humans. Whereas the PTC Taste Test Paper will taste intensely bitter if at all, Sodium Benzoate paper may taste either sweet, salty or bitter. Generally, if the user can taste PTC taste paper as bitter, Sodium benzoate will taste saltier.
